Description
The Production Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager and supervises the production of finished goods, sub-assemblies, and components. Responsibilities include analyzing schedules, troubleshooting assembly problems, operating hand and portable power tools and light machines, calibrating and testing products, maintaining productivity and quality, supporting employees, maintaining records, and meeting delivery and production-cycle-time goals. The role requires two years of experience as a Line Leader in a production environment, knowledge of manufacturing processes, and the ability to supervise hourly employees.
