Description
The Production Supervisor will supervise shop-floor operations across manufacturing, loading, and shipping activities, coordinate machine schedules and manpower, support quality and safety procedures, train and evaluate employees, and use Epicor and MES to monitor production. The role requires leadership experience, a two- or four-year college degree or equivalent experience, and preferably 3+ years of steel or manufacturing experience, ISO 9001:2015 experience, and formal safety training. The shift is the third Monday through Thursday from 8:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with physical requirements including lifting 20 pounds and exposure to industrial hazards.
