Description
The Production Supervisor will lead production and shipping activities, establish production priorities, improve setup, run, waste, downtime, and cost efficiency, and implement quality and safety strategies. The role coordinates with purchasing, maintenance, and quality control; recruits and develops production associates; and manages a team of direct reports. Candidates should have strong communication, decision-making, time-management, planning, and MS Office skills, with a bachelor's degree preferably in a related business field or at least five years of related experience in the corrugated industry.
