The Production Supervisor supports daily operations at PreCon Precast Limited’s Woodstock precast concrete facility by maintaining material flow, coordinating production schedules and labour assignments, overseeing reinforcing, carpentry, insulation, and stores departments, and leading employees in a unionized environment. The role also involves interpreting engineering drawings, supporting inventory levels, enforcing safety and quality procedures, developing production staff, and collaborating with engineering, quality assurance, maintenance, and other cross-functional teams. The posting requires at least three years of industrial supervisory or materials management experience, preferably in a unionized environment, and offers a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 with health and dental coverage.
