Description
Pact Packaging is hiring an experienced Production Supervisor to lead the manufacturing team at its Avondale site. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role oversees daily production activities, team development, health and safety, quality, performance monitoring, workforce planning, inventory control, and resource allocation. The position requires manufacturing leadership experience, team-coaching ability, SAP or similar ERP experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a hands-on operational approach. It is a Monday-to-Friday, 6:00am-to-2:30pm, 40-hour-per-week role with no overtime or on-call requirements.
