Description
Peachtree Packaging is hiring a full-time Production Supervisor for its Lawrenceville, Georgia facility. The role leads hourly production employees, manages labor and materials, monitors safety, quality, productivity, and KPIs, develops SOPs and training, coordinates with maintenance and engineering, and supports food-safety initiatives. The second-shift schedule runs Monday through Thursday from 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM, with 90% of the time spent on the production floor. A high school diploma or GED is required, while an associate or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related technical field is preferred; at least three years of progressive supervisory experience in manufacturing or distribution is required, with three years of corrugated-industry experience preferred.
