Description
The Production Supervisor will oversee and direct manufacturing team members, develop and train employees, coordinate new product launches, implement Lean and Kaizen improvements, analyze capacity and staffing needs, troubleshoot scheduling and material issues, and maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or business field, three years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, and knowledge of Lean and Kaizen principles.
