Production Supervisor at Pilgrim's

Pilgrim’s is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on the production floor at its poultry production facility in Moorefield, West Virginia. The role oversees employees, production schedules, materials, equipment, workflow, safety, quality, and efficiency; provides training and feedback; coordinates with other departments on improvements; and responds to operational issues. A high school diploma or GED is required, at least one year of supervisory experience is preferred, and poultry or food industry experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills are advantageous. The position is primarily Monday through Friday with occasional weekends and offers a salary of $60,591.00 to $73,618.20 plus medical, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days.
