Description
The Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift oversees poultry or food production operations, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, cost efficiency, and customer specifications are met. The role plans and schedules manpower, materials, products, and machines; trains and manages employees; investigates quality and cost-improvement opportunities; and maintains reporting requirements. It requires at least one year of supervisory experience, leadership experience with 20 or more employees, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work assigned hours including occasional weekends.
