Description
Plymouth Tube is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead second-shift manufacturing operations and support a high-performing production team. The role oversees safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost performance, employee development, compliance, accident investigations, attendance, training, and operational reporting, while driving Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree with at least three years of manufacturing leadership experience, or an associate degree with at least five years of supervisory experience including Lean Manufacturing experience, or five years of supervisory or lead experience in heavy industrial manufacturing.
