Description
Randstad Staffing is hiring an Operational Team Leader for a food-production environment. The role works on the production floor, produces mixtures, sets production parameters, bags or fills products, performs quality checks, supports safety and technical operations, and coaches and motivates employees. The position requires similar-role experience, forklift experience with a valid IS-001 certificate, a VCA VOL certificate, strong communication, flexibility, and a hands-on approach; SCADA and MES knowledge is advantageous. It is a full-time permanent contract with day shifts, competitive pay, and additional benefits.
