Description
The Production Manager oversees the continuity and optimal performance of production and packaging lines, coaches foremen and teams, monitors KPIs and production schedules, coordinates with Quality, Technical Services, and Safety, leads process-improvement projects, and manages staff scheduling and production data. The role requires a bachelor-level education or equivalent industrial production experience, strong leadership and communication skills, familiarity with complex processes and preferably ERP or SCADA systems, safety certification willingness, and commitment to a three-shift system.
