Description
Radiant Color is hiring two Production Team Leaders in Tessenderlo: one for a two-shift schedule and one for a permanent night shift. The role leads and coaches production employees, coordinates production planning and administration, performs quality control and process optimization, drives efficiency and continuous improvement, and promotes a safe working culture. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electromechanics, Chemistry, or Process Technology or equivalent production experience, several years of production leadership or coordination experience, Dutch and English communication skills, ERP familiarity, and a hands-on approach to LEAN manufacturing.
