Description
The Production Supervisor will manage the CFT Pen Needle production team on the shop floor in Heverlee, overseeing daily work distribution, safety, GMP quality, planning, productivity, coaching, onboarding, talent development, problem-solving, and continuous-improvement initiatives. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of leadership experience in a production environment, strong communication and analytical skills, and fluent Dutch and English. The position offers day-shift or two-shift schedules, with the option to later choose a fixed night shift, along with leadership training and technical courses.
