Description
The Production Supervisor oversees daily food-production and packaging operations, including line performance, product compliance, machine breakdowns, safety and HACCP/BRC/IFS standards, key performance indicators, new-product introductions, and 5S practices. The role leads and develops a team, manages approximately ten night-shift employees, and can oversee ancillary departments when needed. Candidates should know baking processes, food-safety standards, industrial equipment, production management, and production-management software. The package is €22 plus a 20% night-shift premium, with meal vouchers, insurance, training, and internal advancement opportunities.
