RWB Thrift is hiring a Production Supervisor to support the Production Manager and oversee daily production-room operations, including workflow, merchandise quality, production goals, team coaching, safety compliance, scheduling, and process improvements. The role requires an open schedule including Saturdays and Sundays, basic computer skills, strong communication, and the ability to work in a busy, noisy, and physically demanding environment. The pay range is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, and employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.
