Ridley is hiring an experienced Night Shift Production Supervisor for its Oceania Meat Processing team in Laverton. Reporting to the Production Manager, the role oversees safe production, production targets, budget control, resources, quality assurance, inventory management, people management, and continuous improvement. Candidates need experience with production planning, safety and quality management systems, people leadership, and continuous improvement, along with a current driver’s license and a Certificate IV or higher in management or equivalent training.
