Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor reports to the Plant Manager and directs hourly employees across manufacturing, material handling, compounding, and maintenance activities. Responsibilities include training employees, maintaining training records, preparing and auditing production paperwork, scheduling daily staffing, collaborating on projects, supporting building open and close, participating in quality improvement, enforcing safety and union requirements, and helping recruit qualified employees. The role is assigned to the first shift at the Barberton plant and requires at least two to three years of manufacturing supervisory experience, with Microsoft Office and Microsoft AX experience preferred.
