The role directs unionized production teams, coordinates with maintenance, engineering, and operations, monitors performance metrics, manages safety and inventory, supports turnaround planning, and develops staff. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 10 years of manufacturing or related industrial experience, and at least 3 years of supervisory or people leadership experience. The position offers a base salary of $115,100 to $172,700 per year, an annual performance bonus, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
