Description
The Production Manager leads and supervises a production team, owns department performance metrics, ensures EHS and quality compliance, trains associates, manages scheduling and machine and people capacity, drives cost and productivity improvements, investigates quality issues, and supports continuous improvement. The role requires data analysis, process knowledge, problem-solving, people management, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment with physical and safety requirements.
