Samtec, Inc. is hiring a Production Supervisor to manage, lead, and develop production associates while overseeing safety, quality, delivery, cost, and operational performance. The role includes training associates, enforcing EHS and LOTO requirements, investigating quality issues, coordinating order scheduling and material availability, managing machine and people capacity, improving productivity and scrap, troubleshooting tooling, and driving continuous improvement. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; engineering or equivalent is preferred. The position requires data analysis, problem-solving, people leadership, communication, Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
