Description
The Production Manager will lead and supervise a production team, own department performance metrics, enforce EHS and quality requirements, train associates, manage scheduling and machine and people capacity, control costs, investigate quality issues, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires strong data analysis, problem-solving, people-management, manufacturing, communication, Microsoft Office, and physical ability to work in a production environment; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, while an engineering degree is preferred.
