Description
Skydio is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across production, manufacturing engineering, quality, planning, supply chain, and NPI functions. The role owns production execution, staffing, output, quality, material readiness, training, process adherence, performance metrics, corrective actions, and continuous improvement, while supervising production leads, technicians, assemblers, and operators. Candidates need at least three years of manufacturing or related experience, production leadership experience, and familiarity with manufacturing KPIs; aerospace, robotics, electronics, automotive, Lean Manufacturing, ERP, MES, and NPI experience are preferred. The position offers an annual base salary of $113,750 to $146,250, equity, and group health insurance eligibility.
