Smurfit Westrock is hiring a full-time Production Supervisor for its Paper Department at the Battle Creek, Michigan mill. The role manages safety, reliability, cost, quality, productivity, and employee engagement; supports 24/7 mill operations; communicates with other departments and shifts; and reports to the Operations Assistant Superintendent. The position requires at least three years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, with paper mill experience, an engineering or paper science degree, and process engineering experience preferred.
