Sonaca North America is seeking a Supervisor-Production to manage an assembly, distribution, machining, or processing manufacturing department. The role oversees production schedules, work teams, quality, safety, throughput, operational reports, training, performance evaluations, customer specifications, corrective actions, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires five years of supervision or leadership experience, with machining experience and a bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of experience preferred.
