Description
The Packing Supervisor will lead and monitor the packing and transfer functions at the Fairfax Meadow factory in Derby, working Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 01:00 for 40 hours. The role supports the Factory Manager and Production Managers, ensures departmental resources meet output and quality requirements, and motivates employees against agreed performance criteria. Candidates should be organised, people-focused, proactive, communicative, able to work under pressure, and have previous supervisory experience, ideally in a factory environment.
