Description
The role is responsible for organizing and executing the daily production plan, assigning workers, monitoring performance indicators, investigating shift deviations, maintaining records, and coordinating onboarding and training. It requires at least secondary education, five years of chemical-industry experience, leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, computer proficiency, and a proactive, accurate approach; English and Opex/Lean knowledge are advantageous.
