Description
The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing workflow, production planning, staffing, employee coaching and discipline, equipment and process controls, quality and safety standards, performance reporting, and union compliance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two to five years of supervisor experience, the ability to work 8- to 12-hour shifts, and proficiency in supervision, process improvement, production planning, controls, instrumentation, Microsoft Office, and problem-solving. Melt shop or foundry experience, union experience, and 5S or lean methodology experience are preferred.
