Description
The Production Supervisor leads front-line supervisors and production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, overseeing safety, quality, productivity, delivery, employee engagement, and operational excellence. The role manages production performance, Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, workforce planning, Oracle transactions, reporting, and compliance with ISO and other standards, while partnering with Quality, Engineering, EHS, Maintenance, and Operations. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, manufacturing leadership experience, strong analytical and communication skills, Lean and ERP knowledge, and flexibility for varying shifts.
