Description
Trystar is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead and develop production associates and team leads in a manufacturing environment. The role oversees safe and efficient department operations, cross-training, performance management, shift execution, safety and quality compliance, ERP/MRP accuracy, and continuous-improvement projects. It reports to the Value Stream Manager and requires two years of manufacturing leadership experience, computer literacy, shift availability, and preferably Epicor MRP knowledge, electrical or mechanical assembly knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree.
