Description
The Production Lead will oversee daily dairy production activities, supervise and develop production employees, manage staffing and schedules, enforce safety and quality procedures, maintain employee records, investigate accidents, and support continuous improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–4+ years of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing or production, and strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. A bachelor’s degree in food science, business, or a related field, food or dairy manufacturing experience, and exposure to continuous improvement or lean manufacturing are preferred. The listed salary is $80,000–$110,000.
