Description
The Operations Supervisor provides front-line leadership and supervision across production areas, manages teams of at least 25 members across all shifts, and drives manufacturing performance, quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement. The role oversees operators and Team Leads, coordinates with engineering, supply chain, quality, finance, and maintenance, supports lean and Six Sigma initiatives, manages training and personnel actions, and ensures compliance with manufacturing practices. A management or technical degree is desirable, while experience may substitute for a degree; the role requires problem-solving ability and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
