CIeNET is hiring an onsite Production Supervisor in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada to lead a unionized automotive manufacturing workforce on rotating shifts, including Saturdays. The role supervises production employees, coordinates staffing and schedules, addresses production, quality, safety, and uptime issues, maintains operational records, supports labor-agreement compliance, and leads continuous-improvement and Global Manufacturing System processes. Candidates need more than two years of manufacturing experience, including at least one year of hands-on leadership, plus a high school diploma or GED; automotive, General Motors, and union-environment supervisory experience are preferred.
