Description
Clemens Food Group is hiring an on-site Production Supervisor – Bacon for its Hatfield, Pennsylvania facility. The role leads approximately 34 team members, including two Team Leads, and owns the full bacon process across injection, pressing, and slicing. Responsibilities include managing safety, quality, production, labor, yield, and operational KPIs; coaching the team; leading daily huddles; solving problems; and driving continuous improvement across the operation. The position requires 5–10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, with food manufacturing and meat or protein processing experience preferred, and offers a 5:00 a.m. start with some weekend flexibility.
