Clemens Food Group is hiring a Production Supervisor - Bacon for its 2nd-shift bacon slicing operation in Tyrone, Pennsylvania. The role leads the production team, coaches and develops employees, monitors performance and safety, drives continuous improvement, and maintains HACCP, SSOP, GMP, and quality requirements. Candidates need supervisory or frontline production experience, bilingual English-Spanish proficiency, availability for the 2:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. shift, and U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship may be considered.
