Description
sonnen is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and supervise the battery module reassembly line, including production employees, safety, quality, throughput, troubleshooting, equipment implementation, line startup, and continuous improvement. The role requires hands-on manufacturing-floor leadership, subject-matter expertise across all stations, training and development of operators, and experience in assembly or related production environments. Preferred qualifications include battery systems, energy storage, electronics assembly, automotive manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, process validation, ESD controls, electrical test equipment, and traceability systems.
