Faurecia is seeking a motivated and team-spirited individual to become a Production Supervisor in San Juan del Río, Qro. The successful candidate will organize and distribute work, ensuring product compliance with specifications, and guaranteeing timely fulfillment of production programs with required quality and productivity levels. Key responsibilities include process control, rapid response meetings, analysis of quality issues, daily reviews of efficiency and productivity, proposal for weekly schedules, compliance checks, setup/change management, risk assessment, lean tool implementation, 5S leadership, scrap declarations, inventory tracking, idea generation, and method development.
