Description
Production Supervisor responsible for maintaining quality, safety, equipment maintenance, production continuity, labor allocation, employee conduct, and daily shop-floor priorities in a manufacturing or industrial coating environment. The role includes quality inspections and non-conformance documentation, root cause analysis, safety inspections and corrective actions, maintenance coordination, production scheduling and efficiency, labor and cost monitoring, employee performance management, and support for hiring. PVDF coatings and automated paint-line experience are strongly preferred.
