Description
The Team Leader leads a team of approximately 25 operators and packers, supporting and improving production processes, increasing line productivity, maintaining a safe workplace, coaching and motivating the team, and reporting to the Manager. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field or equivalent experience, fluency in Dutch, strong spoken French, basic English, production-supervision or process-operator experience, and flexibility for shift work.
