Terex is hiring a Production Supervisor – Machine Shop in Omagh to lead daily machine-shop operations, manage day and night-shift production teams, oversee labour, attendance, training, safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives, and drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, equipment utilisation, throughput, and OEE. The role requires significant manufacturing experience, supervisory or people-management experience, GCSE-level or equivalent qualifications, computer literacy, and experience with Oracle or ERP systems.
