CAE is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team building flight simulators. The role oversees daily production activities, safety, quality, productivity, delivery, workforce allocation, operational performance, and continuous improvement while developing employees and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or operations field, at least five years of manufacturing team leadership experience, knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and health and safety practices, French and English communication skills, and experience in a unionized or complex technology-driven manufacturing environment.
