Forvia is hiring a Production Supervisor in San Juan del Río, Querétaro, Mexico. The role focuses on organizing and distributing work, ensuring product compliance with specifications, meeting production, quality, productivity, shipment, and inventory targets, leading rapid response and quality problem-solving activities, driving lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives, and supporting site management systems. The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, 2-3 years of similar experience, strong people leadership, English fluency, and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ISO 14001/45001, IATF 16949, and relevant Mexican health, safety, energy, and environmental standards.
