Pilgrim’s is hiring a Production Supervisor for its poultry production facility in Nacogdoches, Texas. The role leads daily production-floor operations, coordinates manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules, monitors equipment and workflow, supports quality and safety compliance, trains employees, and responds to operational issues. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of supervisory experience, basic computer knowledge, and strong communication and decision-making skills; poultry or food industry experience and bilingual English/Spanish ability are preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional weekends, and the base salary is $60,591–$73,618.
