KIK Consumer Products is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead third-shift filling department operations at its Salem facility. The role supervises shift leads and approximately 25 production employees, ensures safety, quality, production, and delivery targets, monitors performance metrics, manages staffing and documentation, and drives Lean-based continuous improvement. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 5 years of manufacturing experience, and preferably 3 years of supervisory experience. It offers a $75,000-$85,000 annual base salary plus an incentive bonus and health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
