Trystar is hiring a Production Supervisor – Fabrication (2nd Shift) to oversee the second-shift fabrication department at its Faribault, Minnesota plant. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role leads fabrication associates and team leads, manages production schedules and delivery commitments, monitors safety, quality, cost, inventory, and people performance, resolves operational bottlenecks, and drives Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of manufacturing leadership experience, experience supervising hourly production employees, ERP/MRP experience, computer skills, and availability for second-shift work and overtime.
