Sika is hiring a 12-hour shift Injection Molding Supervisor to operate assigned shifts and manage shop-floor manufacturing operations. The role oversees safety, quality, delivery, cost, production scheduling, SAP reporting, process documentation, personnel development, testing, and incident resolution. It requires a high school education, some college coursework preferred, strong communication and organizational skills, and at least three years of previous supervisory experience or equivalent.
