Rosina Foods is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead daily production and sanitation operations at its West Seneca facility. The role oversees scheduling, equipment operations, shift transitions, product quality, team coaching and evaluation, safety and food-safety compliance, and cross-department collaboration. Candidates should have 2–3 years of supervisory experience, ideally in food production, along with leadership, organizational, OSHA, and basic computer skills; bilingual ability or prior CCP1/CCP2 sanitation certification is a plus.
