POM Wonderful is hiring a Production Supervisor–Fresh to lead daily fresh-production activities, coordinate production personnel and leads, monitor line performance and schedules, and ensure food safety, quality, waste reduction, and continuous improvement. The role requires supervisory experience, production and ERP knowledge, and 2–4 years of progressively responsible production experience; compensation is $72,000–$85,000 with up to 5% bonus potential, and benefits include medical, vision, dental, and 401(k) coverage.
