Howmet Engine Systems is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor in Hampton, Virginia to lead production teams and drive manufacturing excellence, customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, cycle time, delivery, and cash-flow performance. The role supervises team leaders and workers, schedules production, manages staffing and employee relations, supports training and EHS compliance, resolves operational problems, and leads continuous-improvement initiatives. It is a second-shift (2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.) or third-shift (10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.) position with an anticipated annual salary of $85,000–$95,000.
