Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees a production team and shift or project performance, with responsibility for Core 5 and 9-panel metrics, product shipment coordination, GMP and housekeeping, cross-functional QA, materials, IS, and HR support, backorder prioritization, and administrative planning. The role requires a bachelor's degree, leadership ability, knowledge of Lean Management and continuous improvement, and is open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience; a medical background is advantageous.
